40Knots provides kitesurfing, windsurfing and stand up paddle-boarding lessons in Antigua, one of the most beautiful islands of the Caribbean. The school is well established and operates within Nonsuch Bay Resort on the east side of the island. The turquoise waters of the bay are protected by an outer reef that creates flat water and benefits from consistent trade winds all year round. This provides the ideal location for learning and progressing in your chosen activity.

Reboarding your boat, an exhilarating 20 minute ride in the North Sound Marine Park will bring you to an uninhabited island, the habitat of small wildlife and tropical birds. Keen snorkelers can reboard the boat and head to an offshore reef; guides will assist with gear and show the best spot to seek amazing marine life. Heading back to the clubhouse by boat, discover more islands and lovely coastline along the way.
The Antigua Rainforest Zipline Tours is located in the heart of the island’s Fig Tree Drive rain forest. We have a total of 12 exciting zip lines set up throughout the rain forest at various heights, lengths and speeds including ‘The Screamer’ which is 325 ft across 300 ft high. There is the ‘Leap of faith’ & ‘Power Fan Free Fall’ which are 26 ft & 45 ft vertical drops. In addition to Zip lines we have a fun and exciting challenge course made up of various suspension bridges and rope obstacles.
